Your First Year Driving A Car

Most people remember the first day they got their drivers license.  The fortunate ones, already had cars when they received their driving permits, others got cars for their birthdays, and the rest either borrowed their parents cars, or didnt have a car.  The first year driving is very important.  You need to make sure you don’t create any bad habits during this time, or they may never go away.  What bad  habits can you learn driving?  Here are a few:

  • You don’t come to a complete stop at a stop sign
  • You press down on the gas when you see a yellow light
  • You make illegal u-turns
  • You constantly go over the speed limit
  • Drag Racing
  • Day dreaming
  • Talk on the cell phone while driving
  • Look at the radio more than the road
  • Don’t drive defensive

All of these examples above are things that I call bad habits that new drivers should try their best not to do.  Id you do actively participate in these activities, you need to change your bad habits asap!  These habits can eventually increase the chances of you being in a car accident.

Car accident attorneys in CA can come here to talk about different types of car accidents and how they might be able to help clients if they have been in a car accident.  No one wants to get into a car accident, but the fact is, it happens all the time and typically at the worst time possible.

Los Angeles California is a huge city in CA.  Just imagine the number of cars that drive through the local roads and city highways.  If this were a perfect world, everyone would drive as safe as they can, according to all the rules of the DMV of California.  In the real world, this doesnt happen.  People have places to be and things to do, and all the car saftey rules are out the door.  Red lights?  what light?  Stop sign? I’m late and have no time to come to a complete stop!  Thus, accidents will happen.
